The interview focuses on Strategic's VSP platform development and all it looks to accomplish in terms of platform attributes upon launch as well as an affiliate model selected for its coupon platform. In direct response to shareholder concerns and toward overall transparency and accessibility, CEO Julienne Audette states, "We will be filing for current information tier with OTC Markets and by doing so, we will bring answers to shareholder questions that were not addressed in this month's interview." Once these documents are filed and published to OTC Markets, Gerrard Hollister Investor Relations will continue with a follow up interview to focus on overall capitalization goals, market initiatives and current share structure for SMPP.
The Q&A/Interview was conducted based on several questions posted by shareholders to the Gerrard Hollister Q&A platform and Audette feels "that the interview was altogether successful in allowing us to explicate company directives and will streamline transparency initiatives in the consistent use of communication outlets like this. We look forward to October's interview which should time well with our launch for the exciting VSP platform just around the corner and some exciting announcements in the meantime regarding features and applications as we continue to work diligently to bring a top-notch product to market as we hit the ground running with launch."
