Strategic Management & Opportunity Corporation Announces Completion Date for Video Sales Platform Integration Toward Final Launc

Strategic Management & Opportunity Corporation (Pink Sheets:SMPP) announces today that February 4th will mark the completion date for the final integration for its Video Sales Platform (VSP). After six months of working with a team of programmers and designers, the platform is in the final stages of development. Once completed the platform will enable everyone involved in online video sales and production to manage, sell, update, produce and distribute video on the internet and to mobile devices.

SMPP CEO, Julienne Audette, states, "We are excited about what this means for the company. You expect some delays in development but here it's been pretty minor and we are on target to be working with publishers and other online content providers to supply them high quality video with a rapid turn around in production by the end of Q1 of 2011." Strategic's development team and integration techs have worked diligently to finalize the platform. After completion there will be a brief testing period to last no more than a few weeks, after which the much anticipated VSP platform and its dynamic market components will officially launch.

Strategic further announces that prior to the testing period, the platform will have a "live demo" to replace the current static pages found on the VSPConx.com site (http://www.vspconx.com). The demo will focus on the publisher, sales rep, advertiser side of the site to present to "an audience of several publishers enthusiastically standing by for demo once it's live. We are confident the product will speak for itself toward securing our first clients pre-launch," says Audette. "In addition, our marketing and sales campaign includes an impressive list of warm relationships and industry decision makers. The VSP really is the right product at the right time."
