Solucorp Retains OTC Financial Network to Direct Targeted
Investor Relations Program
WEST NYACK, N.Y., April 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Solucorp Industries Ltd. ,
a provider of advanced technology solutions to the remediation and environmental
industries worldwide, announced today that it has retained OTC Financial
Network, a division of National Financial Communications Corp., to direct a
targeted investor relations program.
Solucorp's patented remediation technology, the Molecular Bonding System
(MBS(R)), has successfully completed the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's
(EPA) Superfund Innovative Technology Evaluation (SITE) Program. The EPA's
Superfund Program was created to address the health and environmental threats
posed by hazardous waste sites. The MBS technology allows customers to save
millions in clean up costs by remediating the soil and returning it to
non-hazardous status, for beneficial reuse on-site or disposal at a non-
hazardous Subtitle D landfill. MBS is currently being used in the northeastern
states of Massachusetts and at a Brownfield redevelopment site in Rhode Island.
Geoffrey Eiten, president of National Financial Communications Corp. stated,
"MBS permanently prevents and solves the pollution of heavy metals, which
represents more than 50% of the hazardous wastes that threaten our global
landscape. Solucorp is now pursuing global expansion in the worldwide
remediation market."
Eiten continued, "Solucorp has expanded MBS into a new commercial application,
Integrated Fixation System (IFS). IFS marks a breakthrough technology
development in the emerging field of pollution prevention at its manufacturing
source. Along with new, global expansion for its heavy metal remediation
solutions, IFS creates additional, near-term growth opportunities for Solucorp
to build a revenue base and enhance shareholder value."
A Solucorp official, stated, "We have retained the investor relations services
of OTC Financial Network based on their expertise in the stock market. With
these exciting corporate developments taking place, we look forward to launching
a targeted investor awareness program. OTC Financial Network will work closely
with us in implementing a strategy that further builds ourshareholder value,
including assisting us in our plan to move to a larger stock exchange."
