Solucorp Industries, Ltd. Technologies to Be Featured Nationally on Business World News - Demonstrated at Major Industrial Trade

Solucorp Industries (OTC: SLUP) today announced it has
completed a 30-minute video that highlights Solucorp's technologies.
TVA Productions produced the video in conjunction with Business World
News. It will air nationally on various media outlets beginning this

   Solucorp also announced it will exhibit at two industry tradeshows
to promote its cost effective and permanent Integrated Fixation System
(IFS) pollution control product line. The first show is the Ninth
Annual Electric Utilities Environmental Conference on "Clean Air,
Mercury, Global Warming and Renewable Energy" on January 23-25, 2006
in Tucson, Arizona. Solucorp will feature its IFS RE-ME-DI-ATE Mercury
Emissions Control Technology, which eliminates mercury from coal fired
furnace flue gas emissions while remediating the heavy metal
contaminated fly ash making it non-hazardous. The IFS Mercury
Emissions Control Technology has already been successfully tested at
the EERC demonstration in North Dakota in October 2004. This show is
one of the best recognized annual technical meetings in the US, where
1,000 business leaders, corporate executives, regulators, academics,
consultants, engineers and specialists network and learn about current
policies and technological advances in the energy sector. The EUEC is
jointly organized by the US EPA, US DOE, EPRI (Electric Power Research
Institute), EEI (Edison Energy Institute) and C Trade (Carbon Trade).
   The second tradeshow where the company will exhibit is the PACE
(Paint and Coatings Expo) 2006, in Tampa, Florida, January 30 -
February 1, 2006. Solucorp will feature its IFS RE-ME-DI-ATE LEAD OUT
lead paint stripper that permanently renders all heavy metal paint
residues non-hazardous. LEAD OUT is currently sold through the IFS

tradeshow of the year for the painting profession with over 450 booths
and almost 56,000 sq ft of exhibitors. PACE is a one-stop-shop for
