   Solar Thin Films, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SLTZ) (the "Company") today announced that it is forming a wholly owned subsidiary, Cenergy, Inc. Cenergy will seek to engage in the development and syndication of Solar Power projects. Forming Cenergy is the Company's latest step in shifting its focus to the establishment, operation and management of solar farms, internationally.
