ITEM 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement

On April 6, 2009, Signet International Holdings, Inc., (the “Company”) entered  into an Exclusive Licensing Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Kerner Broadcasting Corporation, a Nevada Corporation (“KBC”), and Signet Entertainment Corporation (“Signet”) a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

 

Pursuant to the Agreement, KBC grants to the Company the exclusive, nontransferable right and license to use, market, sell, and otherwise to commercialize KBC’s  3-D television technology (the “Technology”).
