On May 11, 2016, Sino Agro Food, Inc. (the “ Company ”) issued a press release and related data sheets regarding the Company’s financial results for its fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2016. A copy of the Company’s press release and related data sheets are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 .
