Saguaro Holdings Corp.’s (OTCPK: SGUJ) wholly owned subsidiary, Saguaro Oil & Gas Recovery, Inc. (SOGR) announces that certain pre closing conditions for the acquisition of Tri-Eye Design Limited (TEDL) of Edmonton, Alberta were completed on September 14, 2012. Both parties will now proceed with the finalizing all due diligence, corporate contracts and regulatory matters.
