Saguaro Oil & Gas Recovery Extends LOI with Tri-Eye Design

Saguaro Holdings Corp.’s (OTCPK: SGUJ) wholly owned subsidiary, Saguaro Oil & Gas Recovery, Inc. (SOGR) announces that they have extended the closing date for acquisition of Tri-Eye Design Limited (TEDL) of Edmonton, Alberta until September 14, 2012. Under the terms of the Letter of Intent, Tri Eye must complete certain conditions for the closing of this transaction and expect to do so by September 14, 2012.
