The Suggestion Box to Acquire Controlling Interest in Changing Times Vitamins, Inc. and RecoveryX

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Aug. 21  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Suggestion Box, Inc., (Pink Sheets: SGTB) announced today that It has acquired controlling interest in Changing Times Vitamins, Inc., (CTV), also of Scottsdale, AZ, for an undisclosed amount.  SGTB was the creator of the web site, logo designs, packaging displays and the advertising materials and webs site design for RecoveryX.

The companies also announced a change of name for The Suggestion Box to CTVX, Inc., and the company will apply for a new ticker symbol.
