Imperia Entertainment, Inc., formerly Soleil Film, Inc.
(Pink Sheets:SFLM), announced today that it has acquired the "Faces
and Names" television series and an extensive stock footage library
from Signature Films, a company with common management. "Faces and
Names" programs go behind the scenes of historic film festivals and
special events, as well as in depth interviews with Hollywood stars,
and airs on the Colours Television Network.
