(PTH), the exclusive licensor of the SCTN Patented Loyalty Technology and a leading edge provider of information technology solutions for loyalty programs,  signed a licensing agreement with Front Stream Payments/Direct Technology Innovations to deploy the Phoenix's Loyalty Central Operating-Delivery System with SCTN's patented technology inside.

The agreement will permit Front Stream Payments to deploy PTH's unique "best of breed" wireless e-llegiance Loyalty Central Operating System. The patented loyalty technology is exclusively licensed by PTH from Schimatic Cash Transactions Network Inc. via Smart Chip Technologies LLC.
