Scientigo™, Inc. (OTCBB:SCNG), a technological
innovator in local/mobile search, enhanced directory assistance
solutions and a wide array of location based services, today announced
that Cynthia White, President and Chief Operating Officer, has assumed
leadership responsibilities. At a meeting of the Board of Directors,
held on October 19, 2006, board members unanimously voted not to renew
the employment agreement of Scientigo’s Chief
Executive Officer, Doyal Bryant, which formally expired on October 22,
2006. The Board also unanimously agreed that following expiration of his
employment agreement, Mr. Bryant would step down as CEO effective
October 23, 2006. Mr. Bryant will remain a member of the Scientigo Board
of Directors.
The Scientigo Board of Directors, in conjunction with Ms. White
announced the increased commitment to two primary initiatives. The
Company will continue to leverage proprietary and patented intellectual
properties to deliver a robust Local Search platform supporting Enhanced
Directory Assistance (EDA) services, and the Intelligent Document
Recognition (IDR) product for enterprise content management. To that
point, Ms. White reported the increased involvement and participation of
key members of Scientigo’s Board of Advisors,
Harry Pettit and Bill Powers, as exclusive consultants focused on
leveraging the Company’s unique IP portfolio
to deliver Enhanced Directory Assistance Services. Pettit and Powers
were key contributors in the development of the existing 411, Directory
Assistance platform.
After joining Scientigo in 2005, Ms. White began refocusing Scientigo
product development and operations to a market driven model with more
emphasis on accountability. The products include those related to
opportunities in Local Search and Enhanced Directory Assistance, and the
Litigation Support markets.
White has over 25 years of experience in senior corporate management
with emphasis on value added services for strategic planning, change
management and systems/operations. In the capacity of both a consultant
and an employee, Ms. White has helped business leaders address their
greatest challenges from reorganizing for long term growth to improving
business performance and maximizing revenues. During her career she has
evaluated, developed and enhanced existing products, infrastructures,
and systems to increase revenues while minimizing risk of delivery and
regulatory exposure. Prior notable positions include Division Manager
for Global Capital Markets Operations, Bank of America and key
consulting engagements with KPMG Financial Services, Fleet Financial,
Preferred Trade/Fimat, and TradeStation. Ms. White has served as
Scientigo’s Chief Operating Officer since
September 2005, and was appointed President of Scientigo in September
2006.

international company engaged in providing comprehensive Directory
Assistance services for telephone, cellphone and Internet users. He was

national databases of telephone listings, and has also held executive
