SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwired - Apr 2, 2014) - SpectraScience, Inc. (OTCQB: SCIE) announced today that the Company plans to file its late filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission in accordance with the schedule listed below:

In order to prevent inadvertent disclosure while catching up on filings, the next investor update call will be scheduled after the company is once again current in its submissions. It is expected the next business update conference call will be scheduled for late June.
