services of veteran finance and media executive, George J. Malasek.  Mr.
Malasek, born and raised in Munich, Germany, is a seasoned finance and
media professional who has worked on a global basis in various capacities
in finance, private equity and investment banking.  In his 18+ years of
finance, media and entertainment experience, he has led such auspicious
pioneering endeavors as the institutional funding campaign for a major film
studio, the creation and development of a mini-major studio, Viastar, as
well as structuring acquisitions and development of various international
broadcast and media companies.   Mr. Malasek has functioned as an advisor
to some of the largest leveraged and private equity funds.
