RusHydro paid coupons on series 07 and 08 bonds

 

JSC RusHydro (ticker symbols: RTS, MICEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) has paid coupons on bonds series 07 and 08  (state registration numbers 4-07-55038-E and 4-08-55038-? of December 27, 2012).

RusHydro paid coupons on bonds series 07 and 08 on August 15, 2013 (at the end of the first coupon period). Total amount paid was RUR 847,600,000 including RUR 423,800,000 on bonds series 07 and RUR 423,800,000 on bonds series 08. Coupon payments amounted to RUR 42.38 per bond.

In February 2013 RusHydro has successfully placed bonds series 07 and 08 worth RUR 20 billion (issues state registration numbers 4-07-55038-E and 4-08-55038-? respectively). The coupon rate for the first 10 coupon payments was set at 8.5 %. The issues were included in the in the Quotation list ?A? Level 1 of the MICEX Stock Exchange.
