Notice of FY 2012 dividend payment procedure

 

JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MICEX-RTS, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that will make dividend payments for 2012 financial year via its agent ? JSC Registrator R.O.S.T.

The Annual General Meeting of shareholders of RusHydro resolved to pay RUR 0,00955606 per share on June 28, 2013.

The payment of dividend will be executed within 60 days since the AGM.
