Reality Racing, Inc., Addresses Television Scheduling

BOCA RATON, Fla., July 30  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Reality Racing, Inc., (OTC Pink Sheets: RRGI) announced today that less than anticipated advertising revenues coupled with a high per-episode fee payable to SpikeTV has resulted in a cash flow situation that made post-edit of the most recent episodes of Reality Racing - The Rookie Challenge impossible.  Reality Racing aired two repeat episodes (which as it turns out many viewers had not seen) but was unable to meet the financial obligation to SPIKE for airing this past Saturday.

Reality Racing is in active negotiations with a group that when completed, will enable the show's producer to complete the post-edit of the footage already taped and the remainder of the 1st Season of the show.  Reality Racing is confident they will be able to obtain the additional funding and meet obligations to viewers, shareholders and the network.
