Rosetta Genomics Ltd. (“Rosetta”) announced today that it has terminated, effective as of November 2, 2015, that certain Controlled Equity Offering^SM Sales Agreement dated February 18, 2015 (the “Agreement”) by and between Rosetta and Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., as sales agent.
