RBID.com, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RBDC) has acquired GLA International, Inc., a profitable and rapidly-growing distributor of health and nutrition products. GLA is now a 100% wholly-owned subsidiary of RBID.com, Inc. The acquisition was structured in a way that resulted in no dilution of ownership for RBID shareholders. GLA’s existing management team will continue to run the day-to-day operations of the subsidiary, with RBID providing funding, management oversight, and additional resources as needed.
