On April 14, 2016, QKL Stores Inc. issued a press release regarding its financial results for the fiscal year ended ended March 31, 2015 and announcing a conference call regarding its financial results for the same period. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
