reports that it has released the quarterly financial statements for the
period ending September 30, 2008. The statements have been posted on
www.pinksheets.com. The annual financial statements for the period ending
December 31, 2008 will be posted on or before May 12, 2009. The company
also wishes to report that the first quarter financial statements for the
period ending March 31, 2009 will be posted on or before May 25, 2009. At
that time, the company will be current with its financial reporting
