Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On December 14, 2015, Praxsyn Corporation, a Nevada corporation (the “Corporation”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Report”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission to report the appointment of James Bradford as a member of the Board of Directors of the Corporation until his resignation, or until his successor is elected and qualified.

 

This Amendment No. 1 to the Current Report on Form 8-K/A is solely to amend Item 5.02 of the Report to correct the date of Mr. Bradford’s appointment to be effective as of December 8, 2015.
