SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 7  /PRNewswire/ -- MacKenzie Patterson Fuller, Inc. and affiliates (collectively "MPF") today announced it has offered to purchase up to 85,000 shares of common stock of Palmetto Real Estate Trust ("Palmetto") (Pink Sheets: PTTTS) for a price of $3.00 per share.  MPF's offer to purchase 85,000 shares of Palmetto would result in ownership of approximately 4.80% of the outstanding shares of Palmetto.

The most recent trading price according to the Pink Sheets was $4.75.
