PetroSun Executes Agreement With Drilling Contractor

  PetroSun, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PSUD) announced
today that a drilling contract has been executed with Sunbelt Drilling, LLC
of Apache Junction, Arizona. The drilling rig will be utilized to test
prospective Permian Supai zones in the Holbrook Basin leasehold held by
PetroSun.

The contract calls for a spud date of the initial test well to be on or before January 31, 2010. PetroSun will be the operator of the multi-well exploration program.
