PowerSafe Technology Announces 6:1 Forward Stock Split

   PowerSafe Technology Corporation (PINKSHEETS: PSFT) announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized a 6:1 forward stock split and in connection therewith an increase in the number of authorized shares of common stock to 200,000,000 from 100,000,000.
