Planet Resource Recovery, Inc. Takes Steps to Establish Operating Company in Bolivia -- Raptor Mining and Energy, SLR

   Planet Resource Recovery, Inc. ("PLANET") (PINKSHEETS: PRRY), developer, manufacturer and marketer of PetroLuxus™ and other "Green" technologies for the remediation and recovery of the planet's resources, announced today that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Raptor Ventures, LLC has taken steps to establish an operating company in Bolivia. The operating company in Bolivia will be known as Raptor Mining and Energy, SLR, and will administer the company's working interests in Bolivia.

On April 8, 2010, PLANET announced a Joint Venture agreement with Franklin Mining establishing Raptor Ventures, LLC. PLANET's project funding partner, MidWest General has joined the Joint Venture and will assist in providing funding and operational expertise.

Members of the Joint Venture recently returned from Bolivia. While in Bolivia the participants performed a site survey of the San Antonio de Turiri Antimony mine for the commencement of operations. They also evaluated numerous other mining and oil and gas opportunities in Bolivia. A wide range of potential endeavors were explored for the deployment of PLANET's technologies for mining, oil and gas, environmental remediation and corrosion.
