      Planet Resource Recovery, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: PRRY), is pleased to 
      announce the appointment of Mr. Scott J. Merriman as VP of Sales and 
      Distribution. The commercialization ramp up of PetroLuxus™ 
      MMMF for the Enhanced Oil Recovery market has demanded the recruitment 
      of an experienced sales and distribution executive. Mr. Merriman will be 
      responsible for the overall sales initiatives into the EOR markets as 
      well as the establishment of the company’s 
      national and global distribution network.
    
    
      Mr. Merriman has over 15 years of technical sales experience selling 
      solutions based equipment, products and services into numerous 
      industries including Petrochemical, Refining, Oilfield, Water & Waste 
      Water, Chemical manufacturing, Chemical distribution, and Construction. 
      Prior to joining Planet Resource Recovery, Inc., Mr. Merriman enjoyed a 
      highly decorated sales career with Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, one of the 
      nation’s leading distributor’s 
      of process monitoring and construction products servicing the Oil & Gas, 
      Water & Waste Water, Health, Electronics, Chemical Manufacturing and 
      Chemical Distribution industries. Mr. Merriman’s 
      breadth of industry experience and extensive contacts will serve the 
      company well as they continue to develop, market and distribute the 
      entire family of Petroluxus products.
    
    
      Mr. Merriman received his BA from Southwest Texas State University in
