Prom Resources Inc. (PRMO) Announces Ivory Coast Property Acquisition

   Prom Resources Inc. (the Company) (PINKSHEETS: PRMO) is pleased to announce it is negotiating the acquisition of additional properties in the Republic of the Ivory Coast in West Africa (Republic of Côte d'Ivoire). The company believes that the properties are showing significant gold bearing material. The details of the interest will be release within a timely manner, according to the delimitative agreement.

"Over the past year the company has strategically negotiated and added significant properties to its portfolio as well as a minority interest in a refinery. Over the past two quarters the company has negotiated a minority interest in gold assets and continued to inventory gold bearing material. The company expects to increase production and inventory during fiscal year 2011.
