      Recently, the Company announced the purchase of property in northern 
      Georgia; the Company intends to build a new facility to manufacture its 
      Silver TTO™ and I2 potable water disinfection 
      systems for hospitals, commercial and residential use. Upon completion 
      of the new facility the Company will engage NSF to commence the 
      certification process for its Silver TTO™ and
