Pure H2O Bio-Technologies, Inc. Implements Strategy to Achieve Listing on NASDAQ Bulletin Board

  
    
  
  
    
      Pure H2O Bio-Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:PRHB) 
      announced today the Company has implemented a strategy to achieve a 
      listing on the NASDAQ OTC Bulletin Board. Pure H2O Bio-Technologies, 
      Inc. intends on becoming a fully audited and reporting Company in order 
      to qualify for an uplisting to the OTCBB with plans to apply to the 
      American Stock Exchange (AMEX) in the near future.
    
    
      Pure H2O Bio-Technologies, Inc. recently completed testing of its 
      patent-pending water disinfection products with Clancy Environmental 
      Consultants, Inc. The Company is currently engaged with U.S. BioSystems 
      for further analysis of its technologies. Upon completion of this phase, 
      the Silver TTO™, or tetrasilver tetraoxide and 
      Iodine Water Treatment Systems will be submitted to the National 
      Sanitation Foundation (NSF) for its final approval for certification.
    
    
      Pure H20’s goal is to bring its potable water 
      disinfection systems to hospitals and U.S. commercial and consumer 
      markets. The systems utilize its patent pending SilverTTO™, 
      which is a disinfectant agent capable of eliminating Cryptosporidium. 
      Pure H2O Bio-Technologies is also looking at additional locations for a 
      new manufacturing plant.
