      Pure H2O Bio-Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:PRHB) announced today it 
      has entered into a building contract with Jeffreys Construction, Inc. 
      (JCI). JCI will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day progression 
      of the new construction site.
    
    
      The Company broke ground ahead of schedule after purchasing the property 
      earlier this year. This new facility will be capable of producing the 
      Company's proprietary Silver TTOT and Iodine potable point-of-use water 
      disinfection systems for hospital, commercial and residential use. The 
      Company anticipates the completion of the facility by the end of the 
      fourth quarter of this year. Photos of the first stages of excavation 
      will be posted on the Company's web-site in the near future.
