Explanation of Responses:
(1)	Transaction represents a private purchase of 912,440 shares of common stock of Progressive Green Solutions, Inc. (the "Common Stock") by DGS Holdings LLC.
(2)	The Reporting Person has an indirect beneficial ownership interest in 4,811,820 shares of Common Stock, which are directly beneficially owned by SDG Group Holdings, LLC, over which the Reporting Person holds voting and dispositive control.
(3)	The Reporting Person has an indirect beneficial ownership interest in 1,979,930 shares of Common Stock, which are directly beneficially owned by Thunnus Thynnus Consulting LLC, over which the Reporting Person holds voting and dispositive control.
(4)	The Reporting Person has an indirect beneficial ownership interest in 99,488 shares of Common Stock, which are directly beneficially owned by FLS3 Inc., over which the Reporting Person holds voting and dispositive control.
(5)	The Reporting Person has an indirect beneficial ownership interest in 912,440 shares of Common Stock, which are directly beneficially owned by DGS Holdings LLC, over which the Reporting Person holds voting and dispositive control.
