Departure of Directors or Certain Officers

 

On May 23, 2016, Petrogress, Inc. (the “Company”) received notice from its CFO, Barry Hollander, that he was resigning as CFO, effective immediately. Mr. Hollander delivered a letter (the “Resignation Letter”) to the Company. Mr. Hollander has advised management that his resignation is for personal reasons and is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Company appointed Christos Traios, its CEO, as interim CFO for the immediate future.
