ITEM 8.01 Other Events.

Med-Cannabis Pharma, Inc. (the “Company”) has received approval to register a medical marijuana facility in Lane County, Oregon. The Company, through its Person Responsible for the Facility (“PRF”), will manage a medical marijuana dispensary on these premises once an on-site inspection is conducted and approved by regulatory authorities.
