Announces 2005 Year End Results," issued earlier today by Peoples Educational Holdings, Inc. over PR Newswire, we are advised by the company that the first sentence of the sixth paragraph should read, "Test Preparation, Assessment, and Instruction revenue for 2005 was $23.6 million representing an increase of 9.8% over the prior year," rather than "Test Preparation, Assessment, and Instruction revenue for 2005 was $35.5 million representing an increase of 9.8% over the prior year," as originally issued inadvertently.
