Kathleen P. Bloch has informed the Company that she will resign as the Company’s Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer effective November 5, 2010.

 

The Company issued a press release regarding the above resignation, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
