Oxford Bank Names Amy L. Beveridge Assistant Vice President & Information Technology Manager

OXFORD, Mich., Feb. 19  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Oxford Bank, a subsidiary of Oxford Bank Corporation (OTC:OXBC) (BULLETIN BOARD: OXBC) , announced today the promotion of Amy L. Beveridge to assistant vice president and information technology manager.

Mrs. Beveridge brings over 12 years of experience in the field of information technology to her new position.  Her new responsibilities include the oversight of all IT operations; specifically the selection, design, implementation and support for all information and operating systems, computer hardware, data and voice communications, software applications and data processing.  An Oxford, Michigan resident, Mrs. Beveridge joined Oxford Bank in August of 1998 as a systems specialist.

Jeffrey M. Davidson, chairman, president and chief executive officer of the Corporation and the Bank, announced the appointment and commented, "Amy has been a vital resource within our IT function for over a decade.
