O2 Secure Wireless, Inc. Establishes Earthcom Service Inc.'s Wireless Telecom Project in the Dominican Republic

O2 Secure Wireless, Inc. (Pink Sheets:OTOW) announces that the Company's subsidiary, Earthcom Service Inc. has commenced the implementation of its wireless project in the Dominican Republic, which has been in development for 3 years and under which it will offer competitively priced wireless services to a market of approximately 8.6 million potential current cell phone users.

Earthcom believes that it will have a competitive advantage in this market because it will offer the most recent technology in the wireless industry, while simultaneously providing its consumers affordable plans with the best wireless coverage, cable, residential phone and internet service available in the Dominican Republic.

Val Kazia, President of the Company and Earthcom, stated: "We are ready to revolutionize the cellular sector of the Dominican Republic's communications industry. Our objective is to acquire 10% of this market within 3 years. With the robust versatility of our technology, we expect to offer a superior and very cost effective solution in the marketplace, since we are able to provide packages that will encompass a spectrum of services that will be bundled for the convenience of the population in this territory."

Earthcom Service Inc. currently has assets in the Dominican Republic and is securing ground locations for the sites where the wireless facilities will be placed in order to provide coverage.  Mr. Kazia continued: "Our initial goal is to build the infrastructure to provide service to five smaller rural cities. Our subsequent target is to be on air in the first city by February  of 2011, with the other 4 cities coming on-line shortly thereafter."

After Earthcom initially penetrates the cellular market, it intends to introduce other wireless services through growth and expansion in its coverage areas. The strategy for future growth is to retain consumers and reduce customer turnover. Earthcom believes that it will be successful as a new provider in a market that currently provides overpriced service, poor quality coverage in some areas, and extremely poor customer service.
