ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla., July 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- O2 Secure Wireless, Inc. (OTC PINK: OTOW), a developer of domestic and international hi-speed wireless Internet facilities, Mobile Internet solutions and the OTOW Network is pleased to announce its global expansion for the development of international telecommunications and data projects primarily focused in developing countries.
O2 Secure Wireless, Inc. will be entering this Global telecommunications sector with joint venture partners allowing them to expand its market presence to areas of development that were previously not available to the company. O2 Secure Wireless will provide practical solutions for communications, data and video services by implementing the cost effective business and design models in these developing markets using the latest in communication technologies. "We will continue to update our shareholders on the progress of our global joint ventures and negotiations of contracts with various government entities in developing countries as they progress," said Val Kazia, CEO of O2 Secure Wireless Inc.
Val Kazia continues to say, "We want to expand the market opportunity for the company & for our shareholders. The countries that we are in current negotiations with for our global expansion have little or no communications infrastructure. These contracts may have the potential to exceed gross sales in excess of $3 billion over the next 5 years."
By the end of 2014, there will be almost 3 billion Internet users, two-thirds of them coming from the developing world, and that the number of telecommunications and mobile-broadband subscriptions will reach 2.3 billion globally. Fifty-five per cent of these subscriptions are expected to be in the developing world. This corresponds to an Internet-user penetration of 40% globally, 78% in developed countries and 32% in developing countries. More than 90% of the people who are not yet using the Internet are from the developing world. In the Americas, close to two out of three people will be using the Internet by end 2014, the second highest penetration rate after Europe. Europe's Internet penetration will reach 75% (or three out of four people) by end 2014, the highest worldwide. One-third of the population in Asia and the Pacific will be online by end 2014 and around 45% of the world's Internet users will be from the Asia-Pacific region (2014 ICT statistics).

"OTOW's ongoing strategy of integrating OTOW's domestic and international hi-speed wireless Internet facilities and Mobile Internet solutions technology to distribute high demand content is on target to produce various advertising and subscription revenue streams from multiple sources for the Company.
