OneScreen Inc. (PINKSHEETS: OSCN) recently launched a video site spotlighting sports news content available on its Media Exchange. OneScreen's Media Exchange has introduced a new way for content owners, publishers and distributors, and advertisers to connect and provide audiences with more ways to consume video content online. Initially launched with AFP's FIFA World Cup content coverage, AllSportPass.com provides regularly updated news content, including game highlights, interviews, editorial coverage, and more.

"The purpose of AllSportPass is to demonstrate how publishers and distributors can leverage the OneScreen's Media Exchange to expand content on their properties," stated Atul Patel, Chief Executive Officer of OneScreen. "With new digital outlets ranging from web publishers to mobile and home devices, professional content owners are looking to OneScreen for new ways to syndicate and monetize their content." Publishers enrolled on the exchange can place the content through a video player, video pages, or entire video sites utilizing a subdomain.

AFP is one of several news agencies that have joined the Media Exchange to increase their syndication with transparency, rights management, and attribution. AFP's content spans both news and lifestyle content, including fashion and entertainment. OneScreen Media Exchange includes thousands of videos in several major verticals, including news, entertainment, celebrity, automotive, cooking, health, and travel.

Monetization is provided to the content owners and publishers from video ad networks and display networks including, Yume Networks and Google. "Monetization partners are able to target the intersection of the content, publisher, and of course, the user, to allow for precise targeting with the right context," stated Spencer Scott, Chief Revenue Officer of OneScreen. "Having integrated over a dozen ad networks and servers, OneScreen's technology is creating new inventory for advertisers with quality content and publishers."

"AFP is recognized worldwide for its unique perspective and its ability to get to what's beyond the headlines," said Gilles Tarot, Sales and Marketing Director, AFP North America. "AFP is glad to provide its extensive video coverage of the FIFA World Cup and looks forward to bringing its international programming to OneScreen's Media Exchange."
