Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

As previously disclosed, on October 19, 2022, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Optex Systems Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), elected Dayton Judd as a director. On November 18, 2022, the Board appointed Mr. Judd to its Audit, Compensation and Nominating Committees.
