ITEM 8.01. OTHER EVENTS.

 

	(1)	The company has begun working with a new cannabis cultivation company that is located in Southern California. The new company is currently looking for space for an indoor growing operation in Southern California. The Company currently has one client that is operating a cannabis cultivation company in Northern California but has been contacted by a number of other companies based on the success of our current client.
	(2)	On September 14, 2017, the Company received a notice of conversion from EMA Financial for 46,500,000 shares. There is $31,104.00 remaining on the note.
