PRVCY Creates Advisory Board for Branding and Marketing Purposes

Omni Ventures, Inc. (OTCQB:OMVE) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, PRVCY Couture, Inc., is in the process of creating the Advisory Board, which will be working closely with management on development and implementation of specific measures aimed at further propagating the awareness of the PRVCY Premium brand, enhancing its "Made and Revered in Hollywood" message and reinvigorating the involvement of the Company in various philanthropic causes. It is expected that the Advisory Board of PRVCY may include branding and marketing professionals as well as celebrities and other creative talent from the apparel and other fashion-related industries.
