SAN FRANCISCO, CA announced today that it is establishing a plan to bring its pioneering financial settlement service to the global travel marketplace with a new transaction processing system. After settling the legal and financial aspects of a lender default, OneLink is now in a position to develop a plan to restore business operations and transaction revenue.

In addition to marketplace development, the Company plan will address its investor and trade obligations, establishment of long-term working capital, and restoration of its fully reporting status with the SEC.
