Olfactory Biosciences and Fisher Healthcare Sign Distribution Agreement for NOXO™ Products

PHILADELPHIA - Olfactory Biosciences Corp (OTC: OLFC) today announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with Fisher HealthCare, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. (NYSE:TMO), for its new and improved, all natural formulation for NOXO Odor Defense™ and two other NOXO products. All products are immediately available from Fisher Healthcare. NOXO is a special proprietary formulation of Phytonutrients and Phytochemicals taken from plants, flowers, roots and seeds, designed to have far-reaching applications around the world for people who must endure noxious smells.

NOXO is gel, applied topically under the nostrils, specifically formulated to block the physical discomfort, retching, nausea and vomiting associated with offensive and unpleasant odors. NOXO's innovation is to control the effects of offensive and unpleasant odors at the olfactory receptor site whereas other products attempt to control bad odors at the source.
