NorMexSteel, Inc. (OTCBB:NXSI) announced today that it has completed a forward split of its common shares on a 500 to 1 basis effective October 7, 2005. All shareholders are required to submit their existing share certificates to the Company's Transfer Agent to have new shares issued. Shareholders are responsible for payment of $20.00, payable to Atlas Stock Transfer, for each new share certificate requested.
