The purchase of Nexis International Ltd will allow Nexis International Industries, Inc the exclusive rights to establish technologically advanced manufacturing plants and market the plant's range of products. The production system, known as the "Nexis International Manufacturing System" addresses the global problems of waste disposal and affordable housing. The global rights arising from this proprietary technology offers Nexis International Industries commercial advantages over competitors.
