IDT Selects NexPrise Document Management, Program Management, and
Process Automation Solutions
CARLSBAD, Calif., Nov. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NexPrise, Inc. (OTC BB:
NXPS.OB) today announced that IDT(TM) (Integrated Device Technology, Inc.;
Nasdaq: IDTI) has selected the NexPrise Document Management, Program
Management, and Process Automation solutions for deployment across all of the
IDT global facilities.
IDT selected NexPrise's Document Management solution to reduce cycle times,
lower costs, and ensure compliance with quality standards. The solution will
be used by IDT to store, manage, and retrieve critical manufacturing
documentation. The NexPrise solution will also automate the IDT review and
approval processes and allow for automated audit trails and reporting.
IDT chose NexPrise's Program Management solution to help manage its product
lifecycle management process. NexPrise will serve as the repository for all
program information and will automatically track and manage action items and
deliverables. IDT expects to speed product development cycles and lower costs
with NexPrise's Program Management solution.
NexPrise's Process Automation solution will be used by IDT to develop custom
applications for processes such as Return Materials Authorization, Material
Review Board, and Fab Change Notifications. IDT will use the NexPrise nProcess
Platform Development Studios to quickly create the custom user interfaces and
workflows necessary for applications that will eliminate inefficiencies and
costs from the IDT operations.
