      business unit announced today it has selected Interwork Technologies as 
      the principal North American distributor of TELES Voice over Internet 
      Protocol (VoIP) and cellular (GSM, 3G/UMTS, and CDMA/WCDMA) gateways. 
      Through this partnership, TELES USA and Interwork will bring the industry’s
